Many years of learning to cook and bake from home as a child shaped my love of being in the kitchen, with people and experimenting. This influenced me to study biology, health and nutrition, from which I started up Hyper Health Nut. I love helping people reconnect with the joy of food, creating beautiful, balanced, tasty recipes from real ingredients in their own homes.
A great deal of my work is one-to-one coaching, creating recipes and meal plans, as well as a chef and contributor to the recipe platform Mealz. I’ve had much experience with people who have a range of allergies or intolerances, and also held a range of live and online cooking classes, helping others to enjoy food, learn to cook and understand nutrition and how food affects our bodies and minds.
