Bryony Hopkins is a full time journalist and content creator. She writes and produces films at the BBC, previously Metro, Independent and MTV, specialising in lifestyle, health and chronic illness. Bryony launched her blog A Belly Full in 2016 to talk about her own experiences living with Crohns Disease, a chronic autoimmune disease. Her page is a safe place to explore and examine what it means to live with a chronic illness in your twenties. How to navigate your good days, your bad days and everything in between, all whilst seeking to do ‘normal’ things we all want to do – travel, socialise, work, eat good food etc. Bryony uses her own experiences as a catalyst to allow others to feel comfortable sharing their own stories and talks candidly about the hard times as well as the good times.
